AWS certification training providers
AWS Skill Builder, A Cloud Guru, and Whizlabs, compared for someone preparing for an AWS associate or professional-level certification.
AWS Skill Builder is Amazon's own training platform, with free and paid tiers covering official exam prep content directly tied to the certification being tested, which has the advantage of matching the exam blueprint exactly since it comes from the same organization that writes the exam.
A Cloud Guru (now part of Pluralsight) covers the same certification paths with hands-on cloud labs and a broader library that extends past AWS into Azure and Google Cloud, useful for someone certifying across more than one platform rather than AWS alone. Whizlabs focuses heavily on practice exams and question banks at a lower price point, which suits a candidate who already has the conceptual knowledge and mainly needs exam- format practice rather than instruction from the beginning.
Someone certifying in AWS specifically and starting from limited cloud background is served well by AWS Skill Builder's official path. Someone who already works with cloud infrastructure and mainly needs practice exams before sitting the test gets more direct value from Whizlabs at a lower cost.
